As a Customer Care Advisor, you will:
Provide support and information about our Clients’ products (by email, telephone or live chat)
Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies / procedures
Create and update folders and databases with personal, financial and other data
Process and manage customer accounts
Own and manage customer engagement and interaction ensuring all agreed quality attributes are met and exceeded
Contribute to our Clients’ brand image and improvement of services

Requirements:
You are proficient (native) in French
You are customer-orientated
You can multitask, set priorities and manage time efficiently
You demonstrate excellent communication skills (experience in customer service is ideal but not required)
You have an analytical mind and pay attention to details
