Educational Qualification/Experience B.Sc in (any) Social Sciences Over 10 years relevant work experience in sales and distribution. Should have operated in National Sales role or at least 3 regions as a Manager. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite  (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet)

Job Summary:
The National Sales Manager is responsible for the sales and distribution of all company products by implementing sales plans, strategies to achieve sales/profitability targets and supervising the sales team.
Required Skills and Abilities
Proven work experience as a National sales manager
Possesses a good knowledge of economics and how current market trends influence sales
Is persuasive and can easily influence others
Has good leadership and communications skills, both written and verbal
Is proactive and anticipates potential problems before they can hinder a company’s success
Possesses good customer service skills
Is able to develop new sales strategies based upon prior experience
Maintains a positive attitude and constantly encourages others
An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
Must be willing and able to travel extensively.
